Reading: The Catcher In The Rye - JD Salinger
Hahaha, every time I see the name of this song I instantly think of Waycest [Gerard/Mikey slash]. Slash has ruined my mind.
Gaaaah. Just when I think I have found the perfect job, I have a complete freak out.
Lisa from uni does reception work for Ray White, but is leaving because she has a media cadetship, and she told me they are looking for some new people and you don't need reception experience.
It's two full days, Saturday and Sunday. But it alternates. You have two weeks of work, then one week off. I'd be getting $220 a week.
So I put my resume in and I'm going to call the managing director or whatever on Monday.
Problem is, I just asked her what I have to do, and oh god it seems really scary.
I'd have to organise inspections and write letters and call people and stuff. And for most of the day I will be all by myself so I won't have anyone to ask if I get stuck [though it means I can use their computer to sit online all day]. I'd also be in charge of opening and closing the office.
But ooh the money. Think of the money!!!
Also, if I get the job, I will probably start in a fortnight, and it just so happens I have a ticket to a gig for that Saturday night and would probably have to cancel going =
But think of the mooooney.
*eyes glaze over*
